You will:

• Support and maintain Java-based applications from a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) perspective, ensuring application stability, reliability, and performance.

  
  

• Manage incident support, compliance activities, security initiatives, and end-of-life (EOL) efforts across a portfolio of 90+ applications within Dell Digital Services.

  
  

• Collaborate on DevOps practices and platform operations for applications hosted on PCF and KOB infrastructure.

  
  

• Provide support for enterprise applications built on technologies including Java, .NET, Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle, and MongoDB.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.

  
  

• Experience building scalable and secure backend services and microservices, including REST API development and third-party system integrations.

  
  

• Strong experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including query optimization and performance tuning.

  
  

• Proven ability to develop clean, maintainable, and testable code, while participating in code reviews, debugging, and production support.

  
  

• Experience contributing to CI/CD and DevOps practices using Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, ensuring application security, reliability, and performance.

  
  

Desirable Requirements

• Experience supporting end-of-life (EOL) initiatives, including Linux and Windows server migrations and platform upgrades.

  
  

• Demonstrated ability to improve release management processes through automation, standardization, and adoption of engineering best practices.
