Job Title: Senior Associate – Software Development (Java Full Stack)


Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate with strong expertise in Java, Oracle Database, and React JS to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, agile environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Oracle (PL/SQL), and React JS
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and implementation of software components
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Contribute to Agile development processes including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions by analyzing logs and application behavior
  • Maintain version control using Git and ensure proper branching strategies
  • Work with cloud-based deployments and development environments on AWS

Required Skills & Experience


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software development
  • Strong programming experience in Java / J2EE
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL)
  • Front-end development experience using React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Git-based source control systems
  • Exposure to AWS (development/deployment level)
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have


  • Experience working in Financial Services domain (preferred)
