Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Java Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications. This role involves crafting scalable, secure, and high-performance Java solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that supports critical business operations and drives technological advancement.



Software Requirements


  • Required:


    • Extensive experience with Java (version 8+), including core Java, J2EE, and related frameworks.


    • Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.


    • Working knowledge of integrated development environments (IDEs) such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans.


    • Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server, including database design and optimization.


    • Familiarity with version control systems, especially GIT.


  • Preferred:


    • Experience working with cloud deployment environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


    • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).


    • Experience with RESTful API development and Microservices architecture.
