Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Docker, and modern front-end technologies. The role requires technical leadership, solution design, team mentoring, and close collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead end-to-end application design, development, and deployment activities.
  • Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
  • Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
  • Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
  • Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
  • Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with SonarQube, Fortify, and security scanning tools.
  • Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools.
  • Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
