Summary We are seeking a Java Developer with strong backend skills, experience deploying and operating applications on Microsoft Azure, and working knowledge of React for front-end integration. The role focuses on building cloud-native microservices, integrating with React-based UIs, and contributing to CI/CD and testing practices. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices (Spring Boot). Build and consume RESTful APIs used by React front-end applications. Deploy and operate services on Azure (App Services, AKS or Azure Functions). Write unit and integration tests; follow TDD/BDD practices where applicable. Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs with React components. Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical planning. Troubleshoot performance, security, and production issues. Required skills Java 8+ (preferably Java 11 or newer) and Spring Boot. Strong experience building REST APIs and working with JSON. Practical experience with React (component-based development, hooks, state management — e.g., Redux or Context). Experience deploying and managing apps on Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Blob Storage, Azure SQL/Cosmos). Containerization with Docker; basic Kubernetes experience (AKS). CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). Familiar with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server) and ORM (JPA/Hibernate). Git and feature-branch workflows. Preferred experience 3–5 years Java development experience. 1–2 years working with Azure-hosted applications.
