We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.



In this role, you will:



  • Maintain the security risk profile for the assigned scope (assets, threats, vulnerabilities, control gaps, residual risk).
  • Lead risk assessments and ensure outcomes are documented, approved, and tracked to closure.
  • Ensure required security controls are implemented and operating effectively (e.g., access control, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, encryption, secure configuration).
  • Coordinate evidence collection for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assurance activities.
  • Track and remediate control deficiencies, exceptions, and audit findings.
  • Embed security into delivery lifecycles (SDLC/DevSecOps), architecture reviews, and change governance.
  • Provide security sign-off/attestation where required and ensure security requirements are met before go-live.
  • Oversee vulnerability remediation plans, prioritisation, and risk acceptance where appropriate.
  • Support incident response: triage, containment guidance, lessons learned, and control improvements.
  • Partner with CIO/CTO teams, engineers, architects, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate security risks and decisions clearly, including trade-offs and customer impact.


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:



  • Experience In one of the programming languages e.g. Java,Swift & Kotlin
  • Organisational and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. A passion for automation and benchmarks high engineering standards. 
  • Experience in Application Development. High level understanding in the areas of Mobile application programming, content management systems, and system design.
  • Possesses expert technical understanding of the intersection of development and operations (DevOps), monitoring and management tools, and deployment processes and tools.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps concepts, DevOPs tooling, CI/CD, Pipelines, Build/Release process, Infrastructure as Code etc.
  • Experience in Continuous Delivery practices and how they affect product quality and delivery
  • Problem-solving aptitude and Creative thinking skillset. Good knowledge of software design patterns and software architecture principles.
  • Knowledge of agile project management framework with cross functional teams, using Jira and Confluence. Experience in providing thought leadership, and driving a complex change agenda, and an ability to challenge the “status quo”.
