Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions primarily using SQL and Power BI.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models (star/snowflake schemas) to support analytics, reporting, and self-service BI, ensuring best practices, optimized performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated data workflows and reporting processes using tools such as Power Automate or scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Utilize Python to support data exploration and enhance analytical workflows where required.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Create visualizations and reports for various projects and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reports through thorough testing and validation with strong attention to detail.
• Support initiatives focused on data integrity and normalization.
