Project description Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Platforms & Services (ETIPS) is leading the modernization of UnitedHealth Group legacy and on-prem landscape with a thoughtful migration to the cloud to help create more flexibility for speed and stability for end users. As the owner of ETIPS technology portfolio, we are exploring new ways of delivering these investments and seeking a strategic partnership to co-deliver and accelerate our ambitious and innovative agenda. Vendor will provide technology services for Core Technology components Responsibilities Support the IT Service Management teams in the development of content and materials (and not limited to): ITSM process review/development ITSM OpEx SharePoint administration ITSM training and web usage/analytics Development and production of Optum ITSM training LearnSource courseware related to ITSM OpEx processes, e.g., Incident Management, SLO specific. Lead ITSM transition of Optum learning systems from LearnSource, LinkedIn and finally into LMS Skills include video production, UI design principles and successful training concepts and ideation manage the ITSM training courses and documentation for our Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as new internal users to the platform. Skills Must have Technical writing Service Now ITSM process review/development ITSM OpEx SharePoint administration ITSM training and web usage/analytics Development and production of Optum ITSM training LearnSource courseware related to ITSM OpEx processes, e.g., Incident Management, SLO specific. Lead ITSM transition of Optum learning systems from LearnSource, LinkedIn and finally into LMS Nice to have Self-starter with the ability to appropriately assess the need for independent decision-making versus leadership escalation Ability to react to product adjustments and expectations promptly and efficiently, Strong technical skills and ability to pick up new technologies quickly is beneficial, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
