Work mode – Work from office (Mon-Fri) Shift Time – Rotational Experience – 10+ years Location – Gurugram About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth functioning of systems and applications across the business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting technology implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop systems, software, and computer networks.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
Manage multiple IT support tasks while coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Utilize and manage remote desktop applications for troubleshooting and user assistance.
Guide colleagues and clients through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical issues.
Maintain IT procedures, documentation, and reports supporting organizational operations.
Monitor system logs and analyze records to identify trends, risks, and recurring issues.
Support implementation and deployment of new IT solutions, tools, or applications.
Create and manage user accounts, access permissions, and resolve login/password issues.
Participate in organization-wide meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.
Ensure IT systems operate securely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar IT management role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Familiarity with remote desktop tools and IT support applications.
Must have proven experience in team handling and demonstrate strong ownership in managing IT operations and resolving technical issues end-to-end.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills Experience managing IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
Understanding of network fundamentals and IT security practices.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
