DESCRIPTION:
Join our IT team as a Team Leader overseeing technical support staff in delivering technology solutions. You'll supervise and develop a team while ensuring exceptional service delivery in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This role combines technical leadership with people management, focusing on maintaining high service levels, driving operational excellence, and fostering team growth. You'll coordinate with IT teams, manage projects, and serve as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders to advance our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree plus 8-10 years overall experience in IT operations support and IT Infrastructure projects and 2-3 years in leadership role.
• Ability to provide "smart-hands" support computer rooms, IDF’s, MDF’s and physical equipment such as servers, switches, routers, printers
• Preferred Fields of Study: Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Additional relevant technical certifications preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong project management and process improvement skills
• Experience with IT service delivery and ITIL processes
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and enterprise software systems
• Experience with performance monitoring and metrics reporting
• Ability to work rotating shifts including night shift coverage
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment
• Provide VIP support to MD and other organization leaders and key stakeholders.
• Able to manage townhall and other large MS Teams events
• Physical requirements include being stationary for extended periods and occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
