Leidos is seeking a highly motivated IT Associate Trainee to join our Smart team. You will provide efficient and effective IT application support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in validating and fulfilling client requirements.
• Perform basic application validation and support tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers' issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
• Provide client support via email, phone, and remote assistance.
• Help manage incidents and maintain records of resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Open to work 5 days’ week in an office environment (sometimes overlapping US Shift)

What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience: IT Fresher (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. IT) with 1+ years of experience.
• Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL, networking, Windows, and scripting.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication (Must Have)
• Knowledge of basic programming language concepts, HTML, NodeJS, JavaScript (Good to have)
