Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in automation, data engineering, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to design scalable solutions, automate business processes, and deliver impactful data insights. This role requires a strong blend of technical capability, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.



Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and develop low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps to address business needs
  • Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiency
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for business intelligence and executive decision-making
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning
  • Design and manage data pipelines and storage solutions in Snowflake
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Perform data modeling, validation, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Maintain proper technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and governance
  • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Power Platform, data engineering, or analytics roles
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Power Apps (application development)
    • Power Automate (workflow automation)
    • Power BI (dashboard development and data visualization)
    • SQL (advanced querying and database management)
    • Snowflake (cloud data platform and data warehousing)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database concepts
  • Experience working in enterprise IT environments with structured development and testing practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with VBA / Excel automation for legacy process integration
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to API integrations and system interoperability
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in manufacturing/operations analytics (adds strong business context)
