Key Responsibilities
1. People Leadership
Manage and develop a team of IT professionals.
Empower team members, promote autonomy, and encourage continuous learning.
Inspire others and provide clarity of purpose.
Developing people (direct or indirect line management) on a continuous basis, taking into account the needs of the organisation and the aspirations of the people
Coach and mentor PO, Architect and technical team members, fostering autonomy, growth, and performance excellence.
Create an empowering environment that promotes collaboration, responsibility, and continuous development.
Maintain team motivation and support long‑term career growth within and across spans.
2. Delivery & Performance Management
Ensure operational performance across IS & Digital activities in scope.
Monitor service delivery quality, efficiency, and alignment with IT strategy.
Collaborate with transversal functions such as Delivery Leaders, Technical Specialists, Data teams, and Digital Product Owners.
3. Strategic Alignment
Align team activities with the organization's digital transformation goals and IT roadmap.
Participate in shaping digital direction (architecture, platforms, modernization).
Contribute to strategic discussions across IS & Digital job families
4. Stakeholder & Customer Management
Ensure long‑term satisfaction of internal business stakeholders (“internal customers”).
Act as the interface between business needs and digital/IT capabilities.
Manage expectations, communication flow, and partnership with business teams.
5. Governance & Process Excellence
Apply and promote IT governance principles, standards, and methodologies.
Oversee procurement, asset management, and financial aspects linked to IS services.
Ensure compliance with security and data management policies (engages with roles such as Architect, Security Engineers, Data Owners).
Required Skills & Competencies

Expertise in Agile, Lean, and modern delivery methodologies.
