This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time About the Role We are looking for a proficient iOS Developer with practical expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and the iOS platform.
The perfect candidate will be adept at creating user-friendly, high-performance mobile applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth, user-centered experiences and take full ownership of features from design through to deployment.
Key Responsibilities Partner with the core team to define, design, and develop new app features.
Develop new products and services while providing continuous support for existing apps.
Create and maintain iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and current iOS frameworks.
Integrate RESTful APIs into mobile apps; experience with app localization is an advantage.
Ensure applications meet quality, responsiveness, and performance standards.
Detect and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks.
Debug and fix bugs before release cycles.
Handle the complete App Store submission and release workflow.
Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code with comprehensive documentation.
Plan and implement regular updates and enhancements to applications.
Background and Experience Over 3 years of practical experience in iOS application development.
Strong command of Swift and hands-on experience with SwiftUI; familiarity with Objective-C is a plus.
Experience using Xcode, networking, REST APIs, GCD, Core Data, and data structures.
Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming concepts, and MVVM architecture.
Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and other collaboration tools.
Proven experience in performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.
Knowledge of Combine, CloudKit, Firebase, or analytics tools.
Familiarity with XCTest or UI testing frameworks.
Previous experience submitting apps to the App Store.
