Lead end-to-end investment product development, lifecycle management, and governance for Wealth Management clients in Mumbai.


Join the Investment Solutions Product Development and Management team and drive industry-leading investment products for global clients. Collaborate across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Investment teams to deliver launches, lifecycle changes, and governance.


As an Associate in Wealth Management Investments Solutions Product Development and Management, you independently manage product lifecycle changes for managed products distributed to JPMorganChase wealth management clients globally. You coordinate and execute product launches, updates, and terminations, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and governance deliverables are met. You support strategic platform initiatives, enhance workflows, and own reporting and analytics to drive effective oversight and decision-making.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead product management initiatives end-to-end to deliver product strategy changes, program initiatives, and legal/regulatory deliverables; build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and provide clear status reporting on progress, next steps, and risks; navigate ambiguity and drive solutions as issues arise.


  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Investment teams; define scope and deliverables, establish the right working cadence/forums, and ensure timely completion through clear ownership, sequencing, and follow-through (including meeting facilitation, minutes, and action tracking).


  • Support governance, controls, and regulatory adherence by ensuring required processes and documentation are completed to a high standard; validate key inputs/outputs, maintain audit trails, and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes.


  • Own reporting, analysis, and business review materials by producing recurring and ad-hoc analytics (including charts/visuals) to support decision-making, senior committee materials, and performance/business results reviews; continuously enhance management information and reporting pipelines.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • 5+ years in financial services, in product/platform management within asset & wealth management or global markets


  • Proven track record of delivering projects or product management initiatives and experience with project management tracking and tools such as JIRA & Confluence


  • Collaborative, high-ownership self-starter with a fast learning curve, strong execution discipline and attention to detail.


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams and tight timelines; comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities as new issues arise.


  • Strong verbal and written communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels; strong presentation skills, including preparing and presenting materials for senior committees/forums.


  • Investments knowledge demonstrated via relevant experience, certifications, or education.


  • Highly competent with core MS Office applications, for example - Advanced Excel , PowerPoint and Outlook; strong analytical/quantitative skills and ability to quickly learn new datasets and processes.


  • Experience with analytical and data management tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Python, etc.)


Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:


  • Relevant experience in project management and/or product management, with a strong ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution.


  • Collaborative team player who proactively shares knowledge, best practices, and key information within the team and across functions.


  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to compile, structure, analyze, and present large datasets with precision as well as identify and implement improvements via technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
