International Call Centre Sales Executive Description We are hiring high-energy, fast-paced Outbound Sales Representatives who will serve as the first point of contact for our US customers.
This role is for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or outbound calling — and who are ready to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Your job is to make a high volume of outbound calls, engage prospects, qualify basic interest, and warm-transfer the call to our Appointment Setting Team.
This is not a slow-paced role.
You’ll be trained intensively, coached daily, and given the expectation to grow quickly into a top-performing opener.
Key Responsibilities · Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based prospects daily.
· Use high-performance scripts, tonality, and objection handling techniques.
· Qualify prospects within the first 30–90 seconds of conversation.
· Warm transfer interested leads to Appointment Setters in real time.
· Maintain consistent calling speed, energy, and professionalism.
· Meet or exceed all KPIs for: · Call volume · Qualified transfers · Talk time · Conversion percentage · Document call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
Participate in daily coaching, feedback sessions, and role-plays.
Requirements · Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following: · Sales · Outbound calling · Telemarketing · Customer service (inbound/outbound) · Inside sales · Strong English communication skills and confidence on the phone.
· Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, KPI-heavy environment.
· Thick skin, comfortable handling rejection repeatedly.
· Coachable, disciplined, and willing to apply feedback immediately.
· Ability to multitask and think fast during live calls.
