This role focuses on consultative selling, where you will engage directly with students and parents to understand their academic goals and recommend tailored solutions.
Operating in a high-performance environment, you will own the complete sales cycle—from initial lead engagement to final conversion—while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

The role is based in Bangalore (work from office) and follows US time zone shifts.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead engagement, consultation, and closure Conduct personalized counselling sessions with students and parents to understand their needs Recommend suitable TestPrep programs based on individual academic goals Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to maximize enrollment rates Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward decision-making Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and improve conversion rates Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey Continuously refine sales approach based on performance insights and feedback What Makes You a Great Fit 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or TestPrep domains Strong consultative selling skills with experience in high-ticket sales Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, especially with international audiences Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Strong follow-up and negotiation skills Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones High level of ownership, accountability, and result orientation
