We’re hiring an Intern – Platforms and Project under HSBC India’s 12-month Apprenticeship Programme. This role is designed for recent graduates (within 5 years of completing their degree) with no prior work experience required. You’ll support platform stability, business reporting, and strategic projects to improve credit card onboarding and servicing, especially through automation and simplification.
Principal Responsibilities
1) Strategic projects (onboarding & servicing journeys)
2) Business & risk dashboards (critical reporting)
3) Daily complaints management related to systems and platforms
