Job description

We are looking for detail‑oriented, analytical and proactive interns to support our Investigations, Diligence & Compliance (IDC) team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands‑on experience in research, data analysis, due diligence, online database work, and structured report writing.


You will collaborate with experienced analysts and consultants to support a variety of diligence and compliance‑related projects across sectors and geographies.


Key Responsibilities


1. Research & Data Gathering


  • Conduct open‑source research (OSINT) using public records, corporate filings, online media, and global data sources.
  • Use online databases and information platforms to gather company and individual background information.
  • Summarize findings and identify relevant insights for diligence work.

2. Data Analysis


  • Review and analyse financial, operational, corporate and regulatory information.
  • Identify patterns, trends, discrepancies, or red flags based on data collected.
  • Work with datasets, spreadsheets and analytical tools to extract insights for reports.

3. Documentation Review


  • Review publicly available records, corporate documents, disclosures and filings.
  • Cross‑verify information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and traceable documentation for each assignment.

4. Report Writing


  • Prepare structured, concise and well‑written diligence reports and research summaries.
  • Present key observations clearly, with supporting evidence wherever necessary.
  • Assist in preparing internal briefs, presentations and project notes.
