About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer based in India to lead and execute design projects across residential and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for conceptual development, technical drawings, space planning, and creating high-quality 3D visualizations to deliver innovative and functional interior environments that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and present conceptual interior design proposals based on client briefs
Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD
Create 3D models and renderings in SketchUp and enhance visual presentations with Adobe Photoshop
Develop efficient space plans and layouts that optimize functionality and flow
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design issues
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing and documentation
Strong skills in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization
Expertise in 3D rendering techniques to produce photo-realistic presentations
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for enhancing and refining design visuals
Proven experience in space planning and layout optimization
Solid understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and building systems
Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Familiarity with Revit or 3ds Max for advanced BIM and rendering workflows
Experience in sustainable, green, or wellness-oriented design
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or formal training
Background in luxury residential or high-end commercial project delivery
Knowledge of Indian building codes, standards, and procurement processes
