The Integration Consultant – D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the architectural landscape across finance domain within D365 F&O platform and its related applications, integrations, and data flows. The role ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and fully aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture.

  • Act as a Integration expert on projects/ Changes and Rollouts, integration with other application helping with mapping files. Who can guide and mentor team in all integration related projects and technical issues.


  • This Integration lead will work closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, product owners, and implementation teams to guide the design of end‑to‑end processes and technical solutions which require integration with 3rd party apps or ISV across Finance using D365 F&O.


  • Design and optimize D365 F&O solutions across customizations, integrations, reporting, and automation using X++, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform—following modern engineering best practices &


  • Ensure environment stability through effective DevOps, deployments, performance tuning, and global compliance.


  • Should have knowledge of full‑cycle ERP delivery including LCS management, RSAT automation, data migration, UAT, go‑live, and hyper‑care to maintain long‑term system reliability and scalability & Shape solution architecture and process optimization across entire landscape and all modules – SCM, Finance and CC.


  • Drive cloud, data, and AI innovation by advancing integrations, automation, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot capabilities across the enterprise & Mentor cross-functional teams worldwide, resolve complex issues, and influence continuous improvement


What Are We Looking For?


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.


  • 12+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in architecture, lead solutions design, or senior technical roles.


  • Knowledge of D365 Finance/ SCM/ CC.


  • 8+ years of experience in working with integrations and mapping of D365 to other applications like GEP/ Treasury, Getpaid, Exflow, Edicom Avalara, Vertex etc.


  • Experience leading large D365 F&O programs involving multi-entity rollouts, complex integrations, and heavy transaction volumes.


  • Good to have development experience, will be an added advantage.


  • Experience customizing Copilot or building AI-driven solutions with Copilot Studio.


  • Experience in large-scale D365 migrations or upgrades.


  • Strong knowledge in .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and extension frameworks & Strong functional background in finance, and enterprise process improvement, with experience leading UAT, hyper care, and environment management.

  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-700 (Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect), MB-310, MB-330, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.


  • Experience in FastTrack-governed implementations.


  • Experience with global ERP transformations or multi-country rollouts.


  • Knowledge of Power Platform for low-code extensions connected to F&O.
