Job Description: 


Instrumentation engineer with minimum 6 Years’ experience in construction field. Should have experience in Treatment plant. Effluent treat plant, Raw water treatment plant, Wastewater treatment plan, DM plant. 


Should have experience in Erection Testing and Commissioning of PLC/DCS/Field instruments /Analysers/SCADA.


Additional Requirement:


Should have experience in all Brands of PLC/DCS.


Hands-on experience with DCS / PLC / SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, ABB)


Knowledge in Trouble shouting of Programming of the PLC/DCS .and capable of handling the day-to-day issues in the logics.


Knowledge of Upgrading /Downloading of the Logics and Backups.


Perform I/O checks, marshalling verification, and signal validation.


Have capability to resolve any technical problems faced during the project execution.


Interface with process, electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines


Experience in EPC projects. Have to interact with client for daily basis for progress reporting and other project related activities. 


Experience in refinery projects.


Having good experience in Subcontractor management.


Should have handled independently minimum one site with large volume of E&I work.  


Supervision of installation of:


  • Field instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level)
  • Control valves, ON-OFF valves, actuators, and positioners
  • Analyzers and package instrument
  • Installation of Instrument tubing, impulse lines, air headers
  • Junction boxes, marshaling panels, control panels
  • Verification of installation as per approved drawings, P&IDs, and hook-ups

Support during FAT / SAT Installation, loop checking, pre-commissioning & commissioning


Attend punch points and ensure timely punch clearance. Update and verify as-built drawings.
