You’ll make an impact by: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer who thrives on transforming complex, diverse topics into immersive, interactive, and gamified learning experiences . This role is ideal for someone who has experience with S4Hana and SAP Fiori (related SAP ERP systems for finance business) and understands didactical approach for technical content building on SAP Enable Now or WalkMe. Candidate must have strong design thinking, storytelling, consulting mindset, and technical expertise to create learning that truly engages and delivers impact. You will work closely with demanding customers who expect innovative, high-quality learning solutions , and you will play a key role in conceptualizing, pitching, designing, and developing content end-to-end . The role requires a strong sense of ownership, creative leadership, and the ability to independently drive projects from idea to delivery. Learning Design & Conceptualization Conceptualize learning solutions by translating business and learning needs into engaging, interactive, and gamified learning experiences. Apply storytelling, scenario-based learning, simulations, and game mechanics to make learning meaningful and memorable. Design creative learning journeys across formats such as microlearning, videos, simulations, interactive modules, and blended learning paths. Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a learning consultant by partnering with customers to understand challenges, recommend creative solutions, and shape the overall learning strategy. Contribute to customer pitches, solution walkthroughs, and design discussions with confidence and clarity. Influence stakeholders with strong narratives, visual concepts, and learner-centric design rationale. Storyboarding & Development Create detailed storyboards, scripts, wireframes, and design concepts aligned with learning objectives and engagement goals. Develop high-quality eLearning content using modern and trending authoring tools such as: Articulate Storyline / Rise Adobe Captivate Vyond, Synthesia Figma, Canva Other emerging learning and AI-enabled tools Ensure learning assets meet quality, accessibility, and usability standards. End-to-End Project Ownership Independently lead learning projects from concept to delivery, managing scope, timelines, and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, designers, developers, and project managers. Continuously iterate and improve learning solutions based on feedback and learner experience. Innovation & Creative Leadership Stay ahead of trends in learning design, gamification, digital learning, and AI-enabled tools. Experiment with new formats, interactions, and approaches to push creative boundaries. Actively contribute to a highly creative, fast-paced team environment where innovation is encouraged and expected. You’ll win us over by: 6+ years of experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development , with a strong portfolio of engaging digital learning solutions. Proven expertise in consulting, solution design, and customer-facing interactions. Strong command of modern authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Vyond, Synthesia, Figma, Canva, etc.). Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, propose innovative solutions, and execute with precision. Experience working in fast-paced environments with high expectations for creativity and quality. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead projects with minimal supervision.
