In this role, you will create educational carousel posts and conversion-focused content that drives awareness and sign-ups for the “Brain Code” course, designed specifically for midlife women.
You’ll work closely with Louisa to understand the Brain Code curriculum, messaging, and research foundations, turning evidence-based insights into compelling social content that informs, inspires, and converts.
Responsibilities: Plan and create 3–4 Instagram posts per week, primarily carousel posts that educate and convert Develop science-based content focused on brain health and neuroscience Translate complex neuroscience concepts into simple, accurate, and engaging copy Propose visual concepts and structure for carousel graphics Collaborate with Louisa to align content with the Brain Code curriculum and brand voice Use existing examples, research, and data to guide messaging Optimize content performance by testing hooks, formats, and CTAs Iterate based on analytics, feedback, and engagement metrics Create content that drives traffic and conversions to the Brain Code course Nice-to-Have: Experience in women’s health, midlife health, or brain performance Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or ability to clearly brief a designer Experience working with online courses, funnels, or creator-led brands Familiarity with performance metrics and content optimization strategies Must-Have: Strong science background (e.
g., neuroscience, psychology, exercise science, or related field) OR proven experience creating science-based content Demonstrated experience creating Instagram content, especially carousel posts Ability to translate complex scientific ideas into accessible, compelling narratives Solid understanding of Instagram best practices (hooks, CTAs, saves/shares, engagement drivers) Strong written English skills and high attention to scientific accuracy Experience working independently in a remote environment
