Job Summary


The Inside Sales Coordinator – Level II supports the customer-facing sales force throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure. This role executes and supports selected sales and customer support activities under limited supervision, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and branch operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, web forms, and phone calls; escalate complex matters to senior team members when needed.
  • Prepare budgetary quotations for straightforward jobs by gathering technical data, lead times, and customer requirements for the sales team.
  • Schedule customer visits, meetings, and events, and assist with coordination and execution.
  • Process customer orders, issue order acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notifications for standard transactions.
  • Track and communicate order status, inventory availability, and related updates to the sales team using established processes.
  • Support resolution of customer issues, including shipment concerns and after-sales support.
  • Compile routine inventory and stock reports and conduct basic, repetitive analysis where procedures are defined.
  • Actively support branch personnel in retail product sales through administrative and coordination tasks

Education & Certifications
