Job Summary

This role supports the customer-facing sales force through the full sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure. Working under supervision, the position follows established procedures to assist in sales operations, customer coordination, order processing, and service support activities.


The role also serves as a key interface between customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and after-sales processes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries via email and portal, escalating complex queries as required.
  • Support preparation of budgetary quotes including technical details, pricing, and lead times.
  • Assist in sales order processing, invoice generation, billing preparation, and submission tracking.
  • Maintain and track customer complaints via portals, ensuring timely closure through coordination with dealers and service teams.
  • Coordinate with Cummins service teams and dealer networks for service-related activities and compliance follow-ups.
  • Handle internal systems (e.g., Consol, Optimus) for service tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Download and manage Field Service Reports (FSR) and maintain service records.
  • Track Out-of-Scope (OOS) job offers and maintain proper documentation.
  • Generate reports related to order status, inventory levels, and sales activities.
  • Support customer visits, events, and presentations where processes are standardized.
  • Act as backup support for branch sales operations and retail sales activities.
  • Maintain payment trackers and follow up on invoice submissions and collections.
