Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Experience:

Must have Cisco routers, switches,
along with anyone these technology - Juniper Switching, Versa SDWAN, Cisco Wireless, Load balancer F5 – LTM, GTM
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Expertise in at least one area along with Cisco R&S: Juniper R&S, Versa SDWAN, Cisco Wireless, Load balancer F5
Good Operational Experience with all process knowledge.
