Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and maintaining network environments and working on network implementation projects. Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls is required, along with familiarity with cloud platforms. Manage team of network engineers across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to develop network strategies.
Should know how to lead and deliver network engagements across different implementation approaches including exceptional understanding of client business processes.
Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure for optimal performance.
Conduct network assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Document network configurations and procedures.
Should know how to lead business case creation for network design to implementation projects.
Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to tools, practices, and maturity
Identify Automation possibilities and drive automation projects.
Technical Experience:
Strong troubleshooting skills with
Must have Cisco routers, switches,
along with anyone these technology - Juniper Switching, Versa SDWAN, Cisco Wireless, Load balancer F5 – LTM, GTM
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Expertise in at least one area along with Cisco R&S: Juniper R&S, Versa SDWAN, Cisco Wireless, Load balancer F5
Good Operational Experience with all process knowledge.
