An Ideal Candidate:



  • Bachelor’s degree. Post graduate management education preferred.
  • Bachelor’s in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) will be preferred
  • 6-8Years of experience in technical sales.
  • Industry - Building Material Industry/Pipes company
  • Excellent Data analysis and presentation skills. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency


Key Competencies:



  • Responsibility for attainment of stipulated Industrial sales targets (Top Line & Product category).
  • Implementation of sales strategy in close consultation and agreement with company Management.
  • Responsible for acquiring current market & competition data.
  • Implementation of go to market plan/ strategy in close consultation and agreement with company Management.
  • Responsible for new-customer acquisition and existing-customer management.
  • Support for launch of new products.
  • Updation of CRM data and corrective actions based on CRM data. 
  • Monitoring monthly sales & new product launch results.
  • Effective channel network management – new & existing.

Effective influencers - Architects, MEP consultants, contractors and plumbers management.
