  • Address and resolve day-to-day grievances of workmen, ensuring timely and fair resolution to maintain workplace harmony.
  • Represent the organisation in conciliation proceedings, labour department hearings, and labour court cases, coordinating with legal counsel as required.
  • Liaise effectively with government departments, labour authorities, and statutory bodies to ensure smooth regulatory interactions.
  • Engage with workmen and representative unions to build and maintain cordial industrial relations and prevent disputes.
  • Prepare, analyse, and maintain monthly Industrial Relations (IR) reports, highlighting key issues, trends, and action points for management review.
