Could you be the full-time Industrial Training & Development Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your training and development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates.
You'll lead the development and deployment of the Industrial Training Curriculum, ensuring that processes and methodologies across Manufacturing, Process and Manufacturing Engineering, and Testing functions are standardized and improved. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (central industrial teams, regional and site-level stakeholders, and cross-product line academies), drive key learning initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of building and managing the Industrial Academy curriculum and developing a robust competency matrix, but also ensure the availability and efficient management of training tools and platforms.
We’ll look to you for:
Building, managing, and setting the direction of the Industrial Academy curriculum construction and deployment
Engaging with the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) community to build a trainer network and catalyze expertise
Developing a robust competency matrix focusing on core and emerging competencies for the Industrial Scope
Creating, capturing, organizing, and assessing knowledge gaps at global, regional, and site levels
Driving a culture of knowledge sharing within site operations and establishing an Industrial Learning network
Evaluating, revising, and continuously improving the Industrial Academy as procedures and the industrial organization evolve
Ensuring the effective management, troubleshooting, and evolution of Trainme
Facilitating cross-functional workshops on manufacturing sites and communicating results across regions and métiers
Leading continuous improvement in 2iP by aligning objectives with regions and supporting target achievement
Organizing and coordinating the transfer of central team industrial/performance work packages to BLR

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience or understanding of training development, knowledge management, and competency frameworks
Knowledge of manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial operations
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
A certification in training or knowledge management (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a global environment
