We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented In-Store Sales Executive to manage sales activities, assist customers, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.
Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and offers
Demonstrate products and explain usage benefits when required
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of merchandise
Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions
Manage stock levels and inform management about low inventory
Process returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally
Maintain records of sales, stock, and customer interactions
Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns
Coordinate with store managers and team members for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Degree
Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and sales-driven approach
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
Good product presentation skills
Basic computer and billing system knowledge
Time management and multitasking ability
Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
