Must Have Skills: Rich consulting experience in Resources industry



Experience: Minimum 11+ years of relevant experience



Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred




Job Summary:

As part of our Resources function, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation strategy, collaboration, and strategic initiatives across resources value chain. You will help the organization achieve optimized refining, distribution, and retail operations through digital transformation, cost efficiency, and regulatory alignment to drive sustainable growth and AI led transformation across various functions.



Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Consulting:
    • Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes affecting the Indian Resources clients
    • Provide business/digital transformation services for clients across its core functions
    • Lead and contribute to client engagements in the specified sector, providing strategic insights and solutions in the areas of digital transformation, operational excellence, cost reduction, sales transformation, business process optimization etc.
  • Project Stewardship:
    • Lead and manage consulting projects in specified sector across the value chain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
    • Provide guidance to project teams comprising a mix of techno-functional skills in producing project deliverables, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Opportunity Curation:
    • Contribute to the development of proposals for some of the most challenging client problem in specified sector.
    • Collaborate with the larger teams within Accenture and our ecosystem partners to anchor client presentations and business development efforts in energy sector.

  • Thought Leadership:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and geopolitical factors impacting the sector and translate them into a PoV.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:



  • Proven expertise in transformation in the specified sector combined with rich consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of digital technology trends in the industry
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Good to Have Skills:



  • Familiarity with digital and automation platforms and advanced analytics tools.
