As Vice President – Lead Full Stack Developer, you will work on the development of our next-generation Case Management Workflow System, addressing critical Financial Crime challenges at a Group level.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Lead the end-to-end design and development of a robust Case Management Workflow System, leveraging your expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker containers, and cloud deployment.
Architect scalable solutions that automate manual processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
Drive the integration of advanced UI components using React JS to deliver seamless user experience.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives, support risk reduction and ‘Return to Satisfactory’ plans.
Accelerate the identification and reporting of Financial Crime through innovative, end-to-end alert management.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
14+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development, with deep expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, and cloud-based deployments.
Strong UI development skills using React JS.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle).
Experience in building cloud native Java backend components at enterprise grade either based on Open Shift or AWS.
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Basic understanding of Camunda BPM for workflow orchestration and process automation. Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 for designing workflows
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in designing and implementing case management or workflow automation systems.
