Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive system design and integration expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.


You’ll lead the design and specification efforts for ICC System development, ensuring alignment with our delivery roadmap and strategic objectives. Day-to-Day, you’ll work closely with team across the business (such as ATS Leaders, Program Managers, and System Architects), drive design reviews with subsystem teams, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of developing a design-to-cost approach in developments, support the System Program Manager in risk identification and development strategy, and ensure the quality and consistency of design and specifications.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Designing and evolving scalable system architectures tailored to ICC requirements
  • Integrating cross-functional components with a deep understanding of generic application services
  • Design the data configuration needed for program.
  • Supporting program acceleration by bridging gaps between development, operations, and business teams
  • Applies processes, methods and tools as referenced by the program plans.
  • Organize the Design Reviews with sub-system teams.
  • Interfaces with the System Application Architect for projects and tenders activities
  • Driving innovation and ensuring alignment with long-term technology roadmaps

  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with 12 to 15 years of system design and development experience.
  • Experienced in design and deployment methodology (V cycle, Agile, SysML, requirement management) . Preferred to have expertise in (Model Based) System Engineering Knowledge of product/project lifecycle management
  • knowledge on modern Railway signalling system and network protocols
  • Knowledge of Microservices, Containers (docker) and Container orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with Design for safety and cybersecurity and RAM compliance
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and guide others
