Result of Service
The Individual contractor (IC) shall commit to performing the tasks stated above with high integrity and dedication to delivering the outputs as per plan. He/she shall be professionally accountable to Economic Affairs Officer, SRO-SSWA. Within the overall parameters set out in this agreement, the IC will work according to the agreed ToR.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of Economic Affairs Officer and overall supervision of Head of ESCAP-SSWA the individual contractor (IC) will be responsible for the following duties: (i) Maintain and update the project website as well as online platforms (ii) Update and refine e-learning modules based on training feedback. (iii) Prepares, maintains and updates files and internal database, generates periodic and ad-hoc reports; prepares annual and survey reports, statistical tables, graphic content, and other background notes (iv) Prepare reports from time to time on various statistics relating to training and other activities (v) Conduct training survey and prepare a report (vi) Prepare advocacy materials, including videos of successful stories and maintain project social media platforms (vii) Analyses, summarises and prepares basic information/data relating to the project, drafts agenda and programme, reports and feedback received in trainings (viii) Drafts relevant materials for dissemination and assists project team in other administrative tasks as needed (ix) Perform any other work that may be assigned to him/her by the Project Manager. (x) Collect and analyse project data; prepare inputs for reports and materials. (xi) Design, conduct, and analyse training surveys. (xii) Develop communication materials and manage social media platforms. (xiii) Conduct interviews and draft human-centred stories. (xiv) Draft knowledge products and support coordination and administrative tasks. (xv) Develop and maintain digital tools and improve platform functionality. (xvi) Set up and manage data tracking and analytics tools.
Qualifications/special skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering, Political science More than one year working experience on managing website and dashboard development. Experience in policy advocacy including public relations, and social media management will be desirable. Work experience in UNESCAP SRO SSWA is desirable.
Languages
• An excellent command of the English language and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
