Job Title
In your role as Senior M365 Engineer in the Messaging & Connective Apps team, you will support the stability of key Microsoft 365 collaboration applications and integrations while contributing to the development of new capabilities across the organization’s digital workplace tools and platforms.
As a Senior M365 Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) collaboration solutions. You’ll focus on maintaining reliable services and contributing to improvements that enhance the employee digital experience across the organization.
Provide Level 3 (L3) operational support and advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 collaboration applications and integrations, including the Miro platform
Support a growing number of integration requests into Microsoft Teams, including those managed through ServiceNow (digital workflow platform)
Contribute to the deployment and improvement of tools within the M365 ecosystem
Monitor platform updates and translate them into operational readiness and governance improvements
Support Teams policies and administration in coordination with other platform owners
You will contribute as a Senior Engineer with a clear focus on high-quality operations, governance, and ongoing platform improvement:
Provide Level 3 (L3) support for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and integrations
Support the reliability and issue resolution of the Miro platform
Ensure operations are aligned with governance and compliance standards across Microsoft 365 tools (Loop, Planner, Viva Engage, Whiteboard, and related applications)
Monitor platform changes and help incorporate updates into operational processes
Provide engineering support for Microsoft Teams configurations within the team’s scope
Supporting the full lifecycle of Microsoft Teams integration requests, including intake, governance validation, and coordination using ServiceNow
Contributing to the development of governance practices for Copilot Studio, aligned with Power Platform frameworks
Supporting the rollout of tools within the M365 environment, focusing on operational readiness and adoption
Supporting Miro platform improvements and integrations (e.g., Confluence, Copilot, Purview), along with adoption enablement
Contributing to collaboration-related assessments such as Microsoft Places, from an integration perspective
Experience working with Microsoft 365 (M365) collaboration tools and integrations
Experience providing Level 3 (L3) support or similar operational support
Understanding of governance and compliance practices within technology platforms
Ability to support problem-solving and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Interest in learning and contributing to collaboration technologies
