Job Title: IAM Business Enablement Analyst (Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager)


Job Purpose:


The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Project team is in charge of identifying requirements for the proper management and control of accounts and permissions in the group, aligning security requirements and business specificities.


The candidate will work closely with identity-lifecycle team, to drive the roll out of the group initiative to deploy the functionality of user access request with system driven workflows using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role involves significant levels of interaction with multiple parties such as vendors, IAM operations, IAM implementation leads and key stakeholders from the local businesses. 


Job Responsibilities:


This role will support the rollout of Prudential’s Identity & Access Management framework across the region, driving the establishment of proper processes and controls, and the integration in Prudential’s standard access management platforms where required.


Predominantly, the incumbent will drive the communication between technical implementation teams and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of sound processes and systems, which meet Prudential’s high IT security obligations and the business unit’s efficiency expectations. The IAM Business Enablement Analyst is expected to maintain clear communication, delivery and progress tracking of the applications to be on boarded.


Most notably, the key functions of the IAM Project Business Enablement Analyst will be to ensure the delivery of the following initiatives:


  • Provide guidance to Application and IT Security Managers to review access rights defined in existing applications for the purpose of defining roles that is understood by business users
  • Coordinate with business and technology teams to onboard application roles/entitlements to the centralized Identity Access Management solution
  • Rollout access request processes supported by digitalized workflows to enforce proper approval and audit trail retention.
  • Clear communication and engagement of business stakeholders to maintain a proper knowledge of the roadmap and to raise awareness on access management and role management definition practices
  • Delivery of the IAM roadmap’s functional components, and coordination with the Implementation team to adequately deliver the supporting technical platforms
  • Performing assurance on project deliverables as well as operational controls in collaboration with business unit.  

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science
  • Experience hire of 6 to 8 years in supporting large organization with focus in IAM implementation. 
  • Previous working experience with financial organization, ideally using SailPoint IdentityIQ. 
  • Working experience in handling and understanding of technologies like JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel (for statistical analysis) and Microsoft PowerPoint/Visio (for communications delivery), PowerBI, MS Power Apps, SQL.  
  • Experience in leading and driving projects focused on workflow deployment, ensuring deliverables are met accordingly to plan schedule and requirements. 
  • Have experience and exposure in supporting multi-national entities, culture, and languages. 
  • Professional Certifications: CISSP/CISM/CISA not mandatory but preferred
