Inviting applications for the role of process Associate/Process Developer – People Development Coordinator
Role Purpose
Provide operational support for People Development activities: course administration, participant communications, basic e learning updates, apprentice administration and routine reporting to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
1. Course and Participant Administration: Add/manage course registrations in LMS; send participant communications; update completion records and learning plans.
2. Operational E learning Tasks: Implement minor updates to e learning content in LMS; prepare video assets and PDFs for upload; maintain E Learning SharePoint and ServiceNow articles.
3. Apprentice and Dual Program Support: Assist with apprentice training plan updates, ticket processing and basic KPI data collection.
4. Reporting and Documentation: Generate standard LMS reports and support Excel consolidation for audits and ad hoc requests.
5. Event Logistics and Vendor Support: Assist with hotel bookings, invoice checks and ARIBA order processing under guidance.
6. Knowledge Base and Ticket Triage: Maintain ServiceNow article accuracy and triage People Development tickets to Senior Associates.
7. Administrative Tasks: Maintain training calendars, update SharePoint pages and support team meetings.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Basic LMS familiarity and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong preference for candidates with European experience.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Preference of an understanding of Workday module
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is essential for this role.
• Certification in HR management is a plus.
