Job description

Job Description

Purpose of Role

At International Schools Partnership (ISP), we are undergoing a massive global HR tech transformation. As our HRIS Support Analyst, you will be the foundational pillar of our Workday operations.

This is not a static role. You will join us during a critical stabilization phase to own our Tier 1 frontline support. However, as we transition our transactional volume to a global Tier 1 support model in the coming months, your role will naturally evolve into a Tier 2 Escalation & System Enablement position. You will act as the crucial bridge between our end-users, our extended global support teams, and our internal Tier 3 Center of Excellence (CoE).

What you will do

Phase 1: The Stabilizer (Months 1-4)

  • Own the Frontline: Take full ownership of the current HRIS service desk, resolving incoming queries, security, and basic system navigation issues to provide immediate relief to our end-users.
  • Operational Execution: Process foundational Workday transactions, assign basic security roles (following strict CoE protocols), and ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting Support: Execute standard reports, manage report scheduling, and assist HR stakeholders in finding the data they need.

Phase 2: Transition & Enablement (Month 5 onwards)

  • Partner Management: Act as the Tier 2 escalation point between our internal HRIS CoE and our extended global support structure. Audit Tier 1 ticket resolutions to ensure quality and handle complex user escalations.
  • Tech Enablement: Help bridge the digital gap across the organization. Create Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), short instructional videos, and host internal webinars to teach business leaders how to effectively use Workday.
  • Innovation: Collaborate directly with the Group HRIS Leads to design, test, and launch the new modules and releases.
  • Growth Path: Opportunity to shadow Senior Leads and develop advanced skills in Workday Reporting, Dashboards, and specific modules.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration, IT Service Desk, or HRIS. Hands-on experience with Workday is highly desirable, but a strong aptitude for learning complex HR systems is essential.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: You have infinite patience and empathy for end-users who struggle with technology. You don't just solve the ticket; you teach them how to do it next time.
  • Analytical & Precise: You understand that bad data in HR has real-world consequences (like payroll errors). You are meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are currently being built and refined.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required to support our global schools.

ISP Principles

Begin with our children and students. Our children and students are at the heart of what we do. Simply, their success is our success. Wellbeing and safety are both essential for learners and learning. Therefore, we are consistent in identifying potential safeguarding

and Health & Safety issues and acting and following up on all concerns appropriately.

Treat everyone with care and respect. We look after one another, embrace similarities and differences and promote the well-being of self and others.

Operate effectively. We focus relentlessly on the things that are most important and will make the most difference. We apply school policies and procedures and embody the shared ideas of our community.

Are financially responsible. We make financial choices carefully based on the needs of the children, students and our schools.

Learn continuously. Getting better is what drives us. We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement.

ISP Commitment to Safeguarding Principles

ISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures, including an online due diligence search, references and satisfactory Criminal Background Checks or equivalent covering the previous 10 years’ employment history.

ISP Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

ISP is committed to strengthening our inclusive culture by identifying, hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teammates regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender expression, age, disability status, neurodivergence, socio-economic background or other demographic characteristics. Candidates who share our vision and principles and are interested in contributing to the success of ISP through this role are strongly encouraged to apply.
