An Ideal Candidate:



The HRIS Analyst II – Workday provides expert functional and technical support for the global Human Resource Information System (HRIS) function.Will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR to drive enhancements from discovery through testing and deployment, ensure strong governance, and prepare the organization for Workday releases.




Key Competencies:



  1. Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert (SME) in terms of Workday system functionality for functional areas that include: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management and Learning.
  2. Gathers, defines, and implements system requirements, including but not limited to preparing and executing functional and technical specifications, test plans, system testing, and development of processes and procedures.
  3. Performs basic to advanced system configurations including core tables, business processes, workflows, condition rules, calculated fields, notifications, user security and report writing.
  4. Identify, verify, design, and implement system enhancements and business process improvements for key HR processes.
  5. Performs day-to-day operations, maintenance, and functionality for HR systems, including but not limited to system upgrades, troubleshooting root cause analysis and resolving issues.
  6. Primary liaison between HR and IT teams to ensure an appropriate functional and technical resolution to business issues.
  7. Supports reporting needs for company’s Affirmative Action Plans.
  8. Review current HR system functionality for possible improvements, troubleshooting issues, testing new features, and developing and delivering end-user training materials.
  9. Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet approved business requirements.
