About the Team & Business Line: 


Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence. 


As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.


Your Role: 


  • Work Closely with the regional recruiting lead to drive strategic direction , best practices, corporate talent strategy initiatives and overall recruitingeffectiveness for college/university and experienced level recruitment
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for senior, mid & entry level hires. Provide essential supervision to direct reports via career development coaching and guidance. Conduct performance review discussions. Handle issues escalated by staff
  • Increase branding awareness, reducing recruiting cost, increasing positive candidate experience and quality of hires and providing focus on diversity recruiting efforts
  • Provide thought leadership in terms of new avenues to consider sourcing graduate and diverse Talent Reviews current programs, potential core schools, job fairs and suppliers sources / events and makes recommendations to drive and ensure business value
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies 
  • Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team of recruiters and sourcers to assist with talent development  
  • Provide project planning, execution, and administrative support of TA related projects, including campus recruitment, career fairs, project recruitment etc.
  • Reinforce and ensure team adheres to recruiting compliance guidelines processes and practices.
  • Assist SVP with resource planning and team deployment based on workload and projected pipeline of work. 
  • Assist with and/or carry out performance reviews for direct reports (where applicable), team learning and development plans, objective setting etc.
  • Reports and presentation should be delivered internally within TA and to the respective business.
  • Developing Social Media Branding Strategies
  1. Analyse current market demands & trends in relation to existing social media (SocMed) platforms that the function is allowed to use.


  2. Assist in the creation of market relevant Social Media content which might include but not limited to; 


    1. Curating content that is to publish on the available platforms.


    2. Developing a holistic branding and persona building strategy for Citco on all the relevant SocMed platforms.


About You:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree or certification 
  • 10 -12 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of Operations recruiting and aspects of HR
  • Minimum 2 -4 years of supervisory/management experience.
