What would you do? The Pre-Payroll role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of pre-payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of payroll inputs prior to payroll vendor submission. The role acts as a process expert and first line of governance, working closely with HR Operations, Payroll Vendors, HRBPs, and upstream teams to ensure clean, validated inputs Own and execute daily and cycle-based pre-payroll activities across assigned regions (NA / EMEA), ensuring adherence to defined cut-offs. Validate and reconcile new hires, terminations, job changes, compensation changes, one-time payments, bonus/commission inputs, and LOA payments Perform resolved-vs-system reconciliation to ensure all approved transactions are accurately reflected prior to payroll lock. Ensure no unauthorized time entries, benefit arrears, or pending approvals exist before payroll submission
What are we looking for? 6–10+ years of experience in Payroll / Pre-Payroll / HR Operations. Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM. Deep understanding of pre-payroll controls, reconciliations, and cut-off management. Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-critical transactions with zero-defect mindset. Preferred

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for payroll readiness. Proactively flags risks and drives closure before payroll lock. Acts as a process authority and mentor for junior team members. Communicates clearly with senior stakeholders under tight timelines.
