The Role:
The HR Officer – Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure
timely and effective hiring across all departments within the company. The role focuses strongly on sourcing,
screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical, engineering, IT, and blue-collar positions, while
supporting broader HR activities such as onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and
compliance. The HR Officer plays a key role in ensuring recruitment standards, talent quality, and the workforce
requirements of the company are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for engineering, technical, non‑technical, IT, and White or
blue‑collars roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and
industry networks.
• Conduct HR screening interviews and schedule technical rounds with hiring managers/specialists.
• Maintain a structured recruitment tracker and provide weekly updates to HR manager for progress
monitoring.
• Coordinate directly with the department managers for manpower planning discussions, understand
departmental requirements, and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate background verification and compliance documentation.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and selection communication.
• Manage high‑volume and project‑based hiring for fabrication, engineering, shipbuilding, and workshop
operations.
• Handle complete joining formalities, including document verification and employee record.
• Handle complete documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities, and
compliance records.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
• Support payroll team by coordinating attendance inputs, overtime records, and leave management.
• Assisting in administrative coordination and acting as a bridge between workforce and management
for smooth operations.
• Organizing employee engagement activities and internal events to enhance morale.
• Handle complete joining formalities, including document verification and employee record.
