HR INTERN JD We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations.
The intern will assist with core HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination, gaining exposure to practical HR processes.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and letters.
Help with compliance and documentation-related tasks.
Provide general support to the HR team in daily operations.
Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Stipend: 15K PER MONTH Duration: 3–6 months
