Position Overview: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a HR Generalist Night Operations to join our team during the night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM).
We are specifically looking for female candidates who are passionate about HR and dedicated to supporting our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
Handle policy making, HR documentation, and ensure smooth implementation across departments.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, and ESI regulations.
Oversee performance appraisals, evaluations, and employee grievance handling.
Maintain HRMS / HR software and ensure accurate employee record keeping.
Prepare and present HR reports, data analysis, and insights to management for decision-making.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives Support in payroll coordination and statutory record management.
Night shift cab facility.
Exposure to international HR operations (US-based company).
Supportive and growth-oriented work culture.
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in HR software / HRMS platforms (e.
g., Zoho People, GreytHR, BambooHR, etc.
). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
