Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned science lessons instruction to students in Classes VI to X.
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the CBSE Board syllabus and contemporary pedagogical approaches.
Utilize diverse teaching strategies—such as visual aids, real-life applications, and digital tools—to deepen conceptual understanding.
Conduct regular assessments through tests, assignments, projects, and formative evaluations; provide timely, meaningful feedback.
Identify individual learning needs and provide targeted support to help all students succeed.
Collaborate with teaching teams on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide academic initiatives.
Contribute to the development of school-based assessments and teaching resources.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with a major in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, and a B.Ed. qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school or educational institution.
- Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching science to middle school students (Classes 6–10).
- Experience with practical science teaching, lab management, and experiment demonstration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across multiple branches in Maharashtra.
- Valid teaching certification as per the state’s teacher eligibility criteria (e.g., CTET or equivalent).
