What would you do? The processor will be responsible for handling applications and records for individuals enrolling in Medicare-related plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. In this role need to ensure all member information is accurate and compliant with regulatory guidelines, while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Review and process Medicare enrollment and disenrollment applications Verify member information for accuracy and completeness Enter data into internal systems with a high level of precision Ensure compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulations Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information Maintain confidentiality of sensitive member data (HIPAA compliance) Track and meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
