Overview This role will act as the data and rewards nerve center for HR in India, integrating people analytics, reporting governance, and compensation strategy to drive business outcomes across agencies (Creative, Media, Digital, Tech). The incumbent will translate workforce data into strategic insights, while ensuring competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation frameworks aligned to **Publicis Groupe’s transformation agenda. Responsibilities HR Reporting & Data Governance Own and standardize HR reporting across India entities (e.g., Publicis Media, Digitas, S&S, Leo Burnett) Build a single source of truth for people data across systems (e.g., Success Factors, iCIMS) Design and govern monthly, quarterly, and board-level HR dashboards Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness Advanced HR Analytics & Insights Lead development of predictive and diagnostic analytics: Attrition modeling (regrettable vs non-regrettable) Workforce planning & capacity modeling Hiring funnel effectiveness and cost analytics Translate data into C-suite narratives and decision frameworks Embed GenAI / Agentic AI use cases: Talent demand forecasting Skills ontology mapping Compensation & Rewards Strategy Design and manage compensation structures across agencies and job families Lead: Annual compensation benchmarking (Mercer / Aon / WTW datasets) Salary band architecture and harmonization Variable pay, incentives, and bonus frameworks Drive pay equity, fairness, and governance Partner with finance on compensation cost modeling and budgeting Performance & Rewards Integration Align compensation with performance management frameworks Support bonus planning cycles and payout governance Build performance vs pay analytics (differentiation effectiveness) Stakeholder Management & Advisory Act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and business leaders across agencies Influence leadership on: Workforce investments Talent retention strategies Productivity optimization Present insights to India leadership and global stakeholders Transformation & Digital Enablement Drive adoption of HR tech platforms (e.g., Success Factors, iCIMS, Power BI) Build self-service dashboards for business leaders Lead data literacy initiatives within HR teams Qualifications Experience 20 + years in HR analytics, reporting, and compensation philosophy Experience in media, consulting, or matrixed global organizations preferred Strong exposure to: Compensation benchmarking frameworks HR data systems (SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS) BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Excel, Python/R preferred) Additional information Critical Skills Storytelling with data (C-suite level) Compensation design & financial acumen Stakeholder influence in complex org structures High attention to detail + governance mindset Ability to operate in a multi-agency, federated model Leadership Traits (Publicis Context) Navigates complexity across brands and P&Ls Balances global standards with local market realities (India) Drives One Publicis mindset through standardized data & rewards frameworks Champions AI-led HR transformation
