• Overall Production management of Gurgaon Plants
• Production Efficiency and Capacity Utilization
• Rejection Rate and Value
• Manpower Productivity
• Service Commitment – Export and Domestic
• Tail Orders

CAPEX Planning and Execution

• Building the CAPEX budget
• Ensuring proper spending of funds

Coordination with Head of Operations, VRX

• One-point contact for all Production related communication

EHS

• Water and Waste management
• Employee Safety

Infrastructure

• Budget Management
• Ensure proper spending of funds

Spares & Consumables

• Inventory and Purchase Control
• Centralisation of spares inventory
• Creation of indigenous suppliers
• Negotiation with suppliers

Packing Material

• Inventory and Cost Control

Utilities Management Lab Support

• Customer complaints management program

Training programs for all production functions

• Ensure cross training across departments

New product Trial and Testing

• R&D for new designs and materials
• Customer samples

Exp- 12-15yrs exp. in Manufacturing Industry with exp. of handling Teams.

Qualification- BE in Electrical/Electronics & Tel,/Mechanical/Prod.
