We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong industry experience to lead the finance function as Head of Finance. The role involves MIS leadership, financial reporting, drafting of financial documentation, client coordination, and team management.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, structured, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in a growth-oriented, compliance-focused environment.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS preparation and reporting
Drive financial analysis and performance tracking
Support IPO readiness through structured documentation and reporting alignment
Draft board-level reports, financial summaries, and internal documentation
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders
Handle financial discussions and clarifications with clients
Ensure timely and accurate statutory and internal compliance
Lead and mentor a team of 5 finance professionals
Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification industry experience
Experience in structured corporate environments
Exposure to large turnover companies preferred
Strong drafting and documentation skills
Good English communication (written and verbal)
Experience in MIS reporting and financial project handling
Exposure to IPO-related activities is an advantage
Team handling experience
Stable career track record
Leadership role in a ₹350+ Cr renewable energy organization
